Wardrobe stylist, Jamar Hart of Glass Fresh Styling is truly a showstopper, he immediately turns heads when he walks into a room from his extravagant personal style. I saw him at popular Downtown Detroit restaurant, Theysay and I just had to know who he was and what he did.
It was a no brainer that he was one of the most sought after wardrobe stylist in Detroit who has worked with the who’s who of the city. Not only is he is a stylist, he has other projects in the works and big plans for the fashion scene of Detroit. When asked about the new Project 100 campaign:
Project 100, is a project that's driven by passion, fashion, and opportunity. Wardrobe Stylist and Creative Director, Dayna Joy is also involved on the Project 100 campaign. I decided that working together on this project would bring grand opportunities to new and rising talent in the city of Detroit. This project will cover 100 styles and 100 artistic concepts. The project will provide an opportunity for models, designers, MUA, photographers, and artists to help gain exposure, promotion, and help expand a professional portfolio.
The importance of sunglasses and accessories for an outfit:
Sun glasses are my thing. Anyone who knows me can tell you that I always wear shades. I collect different vintage frames. I personally think shades are a very key accessory when it comes to putting together a outfit.
The evolution of Men’s fashion:
Men's fashion has definitely changed in the last decade. We live in a time now where's it's okay to be different and take chances with fashion. Back in the day I feel that everything was by the book. Everyone now is trying to be fashion forward in someway. Men's fashion is evolving day by day.
On Detroit Fashion:
Detroit fashion is urban with a mix of diversity. Some people are high fashion and some are bold and unique. The people of Detroit know how to set trends and make a style of their own that many people from around the world end up trying to duplicate.
